Considering that it may be difficult to actually collect the judgment in the event of a win, I can't see any attorney taking the case on a contingency basis.

It can be a lot to take in in a short period of time.

It IS doable - pro se's tackle cases on their own all of the time - but generally in small claims and generally not against an attorney.
