I didn't know that. I can talk to her about the situation and see where we could go to pay off all these loans as much as possible.

True, he'll more than likely zero out his account but I hope there is some way to freeze his accounts without him taking the money out once he's summoned.
You aren't going to be able to freeze his accounts unless you have an actual judgment. In other words not until you win in court. And if the only thing he has in those accounts are money form the VA you can't get that.

You need to wrap your head around the idea that you aren't going see dime. And on the off chance you ever do it will be long after the Payday loan places sue you and win.

Maybe through check from his benefits with the VA. I know he gets a lot from them to help pay these loans off. That's what we're hoping for.
Do you and your SIL have some type of neurological disorder that allows you to be overly influenced by others? I ask this not to be mean...But I am trying to understand why you and SIL would give what amounts to a years wage to some to a jerk.

Well he has been driving a brand new truck before we agreed to do these loans with him but it was stolen a while back from guys that wanted to steal his tires to make money off of them. I didn't know all of this was going to happen. He has in done some great things for us but now it's like he's changed into a whole new person and he's sensitive. I'm gonna find some way to get our money back.

Well the payday loan places are getting their money but the only problem is that we're having to cut back on a lot of stuff in order to afford bills and groceries while I'm paying rent. That's what makes things tough. Before, everything was a breeze until he came back along.

Your odds of collecting the sums you say he owes you are about ZERO ....wrap your head around that?

Hummm....Blue takes a look down south and confirms that SHE is indeed not a man. Thank You God.

Dallas...Don't presume the gender of the members here. ;)
Oops, sorry about that lol. I get more responses from males instead of females mostly on forums but I'll remember that next time.

That was kind of the point I was getting at. She believes every word he says, when there's a good chance that he's lying in his teeth.
