I appreciate your honesty. Yeah, I hate the fact that he showed me proof of giving random people like $25,000 or sometimes more with his name and even went to the casino a lot to gamble. It's just stressful unfortunately and I wish things were back to normal for my sister in law and me.
You really are gullible, aren't you? Do you honestly believe that he's just giving strangers $25k?

Are you under some sort of court-ordered guardianship?

Shadowbunny, first off I'm not gullible, secondly, you don't know the guy like I do. He really has a mental state where he use to help people out when he had a ton of money. I've seen proof myself before he got my SIL and me into this situation. It's sad really but he is the one who is sensitive about the situation while we're trying to gain our money back.

And you know this how?
Because I was in the truck with him doing that time which was last year. He was living well and had a ton of money.

cbg, I know that you don't want to believe me and think I'm just stating false facts or something which is ok but if I were to show you proof of things he has done to me financially while writing blank checks, sending texts messages and voicemails saying that he has money while I was recording, and more than hopefully that could change your mind.

You misunderstand. I am asking how you know the truck was stolen and how you know the motivation of the ones who stole it, if indeed it was. I am asking how you know that it was really stolen and he didn't just tell you it was so he'd have an excuse to ask you for money.

I am not questioning anything that he did to you. I am questioning your perceptions of what constitutes proof. I am also questioning whether the reasons he gave you are true.

He showed me pictures from his phone when his tires from his truck were stolen and were on cinder blocks. The apartment complex he lived in had a camera in the location of where he parked his truck and to trace the thieves that stole his tires with the help of the police.

He showed you pictures of his phone with the truck on cinder blocks. Pictures are not proof of anything at all. And did you, personally, see the pictures of the theft and talk to the police who traced the thieves?

Well to tell you the truth, I didn't see the truck on the same day he showed the pictures to me but I did see it for myself the next day until he called the tow truck to haul it away until justice was served about how his tires were stolen.

So you only have his word for what happened? And all you personally saw is the truck on cinder blocks? No corroboration as to why it was put on cinder block or why it was towed? Only his word that "justice was served"?

You can't see that, as an example, the truck might have been repoed instead of stolen? Or that he took the tires off for reasons of his own? That he is the one that stole it? Or something else altogether?

You're assuming that everything he tells you is the truth. A picture, in this case, proves one thing; that at one time the truck was on cinder blocks. Not why. Not who put it there.

Maybe because his license plate on his truck matched the photo he showed me?! You don't get it, the police showed up the day I was there at his apartment "last year". The police caught the thieves that stole his tires and were around other areas stealing tires off of people's vehicles to make money. If he did took his tires off his truck then why would the security footage think he just made it up at the time last year when they saw a group of 4 men taking them off? I just think you don't want to believe me on what I'm posting but it's all true.

I never said it wasn't his truck, only that the picture doesn't prove a theft. But okay, fine. Every word he's telling you is gospel truth. It doesn't matter to me. I'm trying to help you see what he's doing to you, which is far more than you think he's doing, but you'd rather believe him. Fine. I'm not the one who's in up to my ears with this guy's nonsense.

I understand and I really appreciate the effort but I have seen evidence about the truck myself through footage. Again, it was last year so I could only remember what actions I took. I still don't believe him though and I still want to look into the issue of the truck but only what I saw was evidence.

Cbg, the guy in general is just a lunatic. He talked to my sister in law last night to keep you updated and even said he's holding out money hostage until she sends him nudes. Problem is, even if they had a rough relationship, what does this have to do with me? I'm gonna fight for my portion of the money back and my sister in law has it recorded on her phone.

The Magic-8 Ball tells me that SIL will send the nudes, and she and b/f will run off together with Dallas's money.
