What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

I rented to a woman who later moved her daughter's family into the rental with her. This was against the lease, but I didn't protest. The daughter lived with them for approximately six months before the whole clan moved out owing me a month's rent plus utilities.
I am going to take the mom to small claims court. Since I allowed the daughter to establish residency in my apartment, should I include her in the small claims suit?
My thinking is that neither of them have money to pay a judgment and by suing both I might have a better chance of collecting.
Thank you.

You don't have a contract with the daughter and her family. But, heck, include them in the suit anyway. Let the court make that decision.
