What is the name of your state? Ohio

I may be in the wrong thread. Here is what is going on. I recently got my cell number changed and from day one, this huge company had been calling my number. Okay, the first few times it was okay, but I told them, it was not "Freds" number. They kept calling me. I said I am a girl (quite obvious). They keep asking me over and over, how I got my number, I explain from the cell company, they ask if I know "Fred"! If I have ever had an account with them. I tell them again, it is not his number I just got the number, stop calling me. They claim they take my number off the list and do not. (they must be trying to collect $). They do not take my number off the list, the same people call me over and over again, harrassing me. I do not want to change my number again, because of them!! They call me at least 15 times a day. I do not answer most of the time. I have their number stored, due to them calling so much, so I can show it to someone later If i need to. I have caller I.D. I am tired of my phone ringing off the hook from them!! I should not have to change my number because they do not know when to quit. I have talked to is supposedly a supervisor. Most of the time I do not answer, but when they do it over and over and over again, I finally answer to tell them the above again.

They have lied to me and this is getting obsured. It is stressing me out. They should have stopped after the first 2 times. They have called me at least 150 - 200 times in the last 2 months. Can I sue them for this, for my cell bill and the stress it has caused?

I need to do something ASAP!!!
