last september i sold property thro agency, without
meaning to i now realize i committed bank fraud with the agency but i didn't know that was what i was doing. i had
another property listed also with same agency, my husband died in february but last november i informed realtor i was not going to need her services any longer, she and my sister in law got a form notarized [illegally] the notary
never witnessed my husbands signature, i can prove it.
my sis in law got property in her name ,an investor was brought in, they keep putting that my husband is a single person, he is not. anyway i am afraid they are doing a quiet title and i can't afford an attorney. i sent a formal
complaint against realtor to company owner and he said he was letting
office manager handle it, all i get is lies from every one, the realtor lied to me the very day she brought in the investor. she has had my electricity turned off to try and make me sell, buyers would not buy one side without the other. it's a duplex in an area that will only go up in value. do realtors have a code or standard they have to go by? i am not the only person this is happening to at this company. very well respected and well known co. what are the ethics of agencies, and are they written somewhere?

**my response: the very first word of a sentence should start with a capital letter. The name of a month should start with a capital letter. The word I is always capitalized. The word through is spelled as such and not thro. And there should be a period at the end of each sentence.

I did not even bother to read the rest of your post.
