tn resident. if someone sues a corporation or llc, can the spouse of one of the officers, president, etc. be brought into the suit even if they are not an officer or member of the corporation or llc?

If the suit is against a corporation or llc, no individuals can be brought in. Only the corporation or llc itself is liable. There is an exception to that: when the owners of the business mix the business funds with their own or otherwise ignore the formalities of the business, then a creditor can “pierce the corporate vale,” and sue the individuals, but not their spouses.
