What is the name of your state? new jersey
I answered complaint and summons for credit card debt.
But now I have a summary judgment motion to object to, and
the only factual dispute I have is they did not include a credit
refund from class action suit against them in the balance I owe
them.
My question is do I have a better chance not to object to the
motion, and to try to vacate the default judgment later on.
I am trying to get as much time as possible so I can file for
Bankruptcy.
Thanks for response.
