Summer Vacation/ Child Support

My husband gets one full month with his children for summer vacation. During this time that the children are in his care, does he pay child support for that month?

The intention is to pay it, regardless of if they are in our care or not, but if he doesn't have to pay it to her, he can use it toward caring for them during this time.

Child support is figured throughout the whole year...and visitation is figured in. If he didn't pay support that month he would pay more each week every other week of the year so yes... he continues to pay. This of course is true unless the court order specifies otherwise.
