Summer Visitation

Which parent moved, when. What are the current visitation orders? Who transports the children for visitation now?

The cp mother moved twice in a year but the last move was from Clarksville Tn to Berea Ky she moved in August of last year. The current order state that each party is to give the other party notice of when they choose to take their 16 day summer visitation by April 15th of each year, but it has been an issue both years. For now the mother does most of the drive on Friday it's still an hour and a half drive for ncp and they meet halfway on Sunday which is about two hours so I was wrong I guess it is four hours apart even though mapquest says five when you go address to address.

The ncp parent in TN can file to have CP provide transportation to old meeting point, usually the moving parent is responsible for transportation. Is this onece a month or everyotherweek? NCP can petition to modify to increase summer visitation, in addition to continuing the current visitation or increase summer and go to once a month to cut down on the amount of time the children are transported. Has there been any problem with missed visitaiton? Was notice given before the move or was there a contest of the out of state move?

They go back to court over transportation in August of this year she is not happy that she is having to do more of the drive on Friday. Tthe Judge made my husband have to meet halfway on Sunday the only reason he didn't have to on Friday was because he had a bad automobile accident when they were in court and I was having to drive and it conflicted with my work schedule so she made mom do most of it on Friday and wants to review it in August I think she is going to try to make my husband meet her on Friday halfway also. The summer visitation is just for one time in the summer whild the child is out of school for 16 consecutive days. Yes there was alot of missed visits she had cancelled on my husband 32 times when they first went to court yes she filed wrong the first time but filed correctly the second time the move was contested they went to court last year over it, but the attorney my husband had was not that good he just wanted to be paid. My husband hired a new attorney he thinks my husband should have more summer time because of the distance I just wondered if that was normal or if what he had was normal?
