What is the name of your state? LA

Ok, so I know several of you think I am a control freak, so I will be especially careful on how I word this. Here goes. Dad failed several drug screens and went from 6 consecutive week summer visit, to 2 (1) week visits with my consent as long as he was off during those 2 weeks to spend with child. Dad pawns child on stepmom ALOT so with that being said, I asked for him to take off and he agreed.

Here is the situation. Stepmom took it upon herself to register child at a summer camp for the 2 (1) week periods that they will have child. Per the order, they are to submit in writing 30 days prior to the date they wished to have child. I had already provided my schedule for summer camps and activities in beginning of March, to which dad has already agreed on those dates and one of the dates she is registered at dad's camp is conflicted with my dates that were already discussed previously, not to mention already paid for and non-refundable. Stepmom registered my child as her mother and gave my child her last name without my consent. Stepmom approved her convicted felon stepfather (drugs) to pick up my child after camp, as well as her convicted sex-offender brother to be allowed to pick up my child. My information was no where on the registration form. Dad's family is NOWHERE on contact info and I have tried to contact the summer camp this morning, but they refuse to talk to me. I sent them the order that states I am to have ALL access to any medical records, school records, social records, etc.... They still will not give me any information or change the mother's name on here as they are sure the child's last name is the one stated on registration. They informed me that per stepmom they are to speak only to her and dad. Dad tells me to take it up with Stepmom, who is already ordered to have no contact with me for interfering with our parenting process, which she obviously is still doing.

Any suggestions?????

Have your attorney call the camp and threaten them with contempt of the court order. Also take dad back to court for contempt for allowing stepmom to do this. Get copies of all the paperwork as is -- use your attorney to do so.
