What is the name of your state? AZ

On Sat March 8 while we were away a summons was handed to my 16 year old son and then the guy proceeded to ask him questions about who his mother's name is.

Neuheisel Law Firm is suing us on behalf of CACH LLC for a debt owed to Bank of America. The last time we paid them appears to be July of 2006. They say we owe $1700 and the attorney wants a fee of $800. The original creditor was Fleet. It is only in my husband's name. Searching past bank records we can find no record of paying them.

They are giving 20 days to respond. They want our bank account numbers, my name and my social security number.

We paid off a BOA in 2004 and do not know why we did not pay off this loan with Fleet/BOA at that time. It makes us wonder if it is a phony bill.

What should we do? Discovered BOA discharged so they have no information to help. Are they just trying to see if they can collect? As I am not on the account can they legally get my personal information?

Thanks for any help in advance. What is the name of your state?
