You are not real clear on your information, but if it is you making the determination that the father must have only supervised visitation then I guess if he agrees with it you can have anyone do it for you. If it is ordered by the court or family safety program then you need to ask them if it is allowed.

has the court given him supervised visitation? normally you decide then. If YOU have decided he needs supervision, you would have to go back to court to modify your visitation.

you cannot decide to just do this on your own. (unless your ex wanted to be supervised) you could end up in contempt.

My son sees his father supervised by my mother at her home. I had to give them reasons at court and alsp proof as to why I don't trust him with our son. They also like it to be both parents agree on the person who supervises the visit unless they have it done through a child protective program. In my case I had court documents that my son's father had many OUI's, drug charges, theft, ect. So, the best thing to do is if ytou have any proof get it and go to court. Even witnesses that know the both of you (meaning you and the father) that would testify that he doesn't have a clue as to how to take care of your child. GOOD LUCK!
