My supervisor is telling coworkers that I have stolen material from work. He has never aproached me with his acusations. which are not true .I have worked with this company for seven yrs. with no problems. And feel I have a good reputation. Is there anything legaly I can do? He is good friend with our H.R. director So I feel there is little I can acomplish at work. any advice I would apprciate.

Get this taken care of...these kinds of supervisors are not nice.
