my wifes mother works in a gas station in ny state where she accidently served alcohol to a 20 year old in a sting arranged by the store who know want to press charges against her. she say she is going to be charged with supplying alchol to a minor. We are both in england, what is likely to happend to her if this is her first offecne we dont know what ny state law is on this.
