i work a 40 hr week job
he receives unemployment
i have my own place
he lives with different women
i have no crimminal record
he has been in jail, dui's,alcohol clinics
child born out of wedlock. father did not become regulary envolved with child until child was almost two. child is now five. father is still not seeing child on a regular basis. father has filed papers stating i am denying visits, which i am not. can not really prove any of this.
he wants last name changed to his i do not agree with this it is my child as well. what will happen
he wants the exepmtion without a job? can that happen?
Only wants extended visitation in hopes of getting the exemption. he leads an unstable life. how do i win
