What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NM
I currently am paying my ex support along with daycare expenses. She has not taken my child to daycare or the morning program before school. Our parenting plan states that my child is to go to the program during the school year and daycare during the summer and on breaks when not with me. Do I have any type of case to get the daycare removed and have her pay me back what wasn't spent properly on daycare.

You can file for a modification for future payments.

As far as previous payments, how long have you known about them? What recourse/discussions have you had w/the ex about this?
