fla. child support. non custodial parent. drivers license re-instatement.
have sent money and aggreed to new terms but, have recieved no reply as to status from dept of support enforcement. i have left six messages with no call back. am about to lose my job for lack of drivers lic. 1st new payment due sept 30. i do not want to pay unless i have my license. will put money in account untill then. what are any legal actions i can take? i have no contact info for my kids. the state will not tell me where they are. says it is a personal matter and they are not obligated to tell their address. can not locate any info on internet. as if they do not exist.
