What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

I remember when I was going through my hearing on child support something that just baffled me and I never thought to ask about it.

For the years that I couldn't account for the expenditures related to my daughter, I used the USDA: Expenditures on a Child charts. She didn't want to admit them althought the rules state that a government report is admissible. She said that she wanted to see what I paid directly towards my daughter through documentation such as cancelled checks, bank statements, receipts, etc...

I provided these items to her, and then when she gave them to the AG Attorney, she said that they were all hearsay so it was not admitted.

How is it that all of my documentation, the things the judge said she wanted to see was hearsay?

some evidence is definitely hearsay.....it would depend on what exactly was presented and if it was or needed to be authenticated
