What is the name of your state? ca
Can someone out there point me in the right direction on how I can find the actual laws on the three following questions, not necessarily case laws, but the actual laws...if there is a difference.:(
1. How old a child is when the judge will take his wishes into consideration in visiting the NCP.

2. How the custodial parent can't forgive past child support.

3. If the NCP takes the CP to court for silly reasons, do they automatically have to pay for the CP's attorney fees?

Thanks so much for anyone's help...have a nice day.

CP CAN forgive or take barter, if they wish, for any CS due them and not due the state. No law exists that says they cannot. I know of a number of cases in which CPs took something else of value (home remodeling, for example) in lieu of a cash payment. In another case they had a very old arrearage and took a cash settlement offered by a third party.
