What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio - Federal District Court
Hello all... While I feel I have a pretty clear understanding of binding/precedental law in the Federal Court System, there is one thing that I'd like to see some opinion on.
Supreme Court, in citing Circuit Law (lets call in 11th Circuit) which it cites as an example/basis or support for arriving at its decision. Does that specific internal citation become any greater authorty than persuasive precedent on any non-11th sister Circuit, that it would be without the Supreme Court specific citation of that case?
