Survey done very wrong

I had a Yacht survey done on my Yacht in 96, Problem is:
Many incorrections besides wrong vin numbers on survey report, they refused to make any corrections when I brought this to there attention upon receiving the survey. The report I paid for is usless and I would like to now sue the company Please advise.. Thank You.. Thomas
