lookng for guided direction
A friend had a motorcycle impounded by the county sheriff's dept in the town of Geneva on the lake Ohio. The police said the Vehicle I.D. just didnt look right
and towed his motorcycle. He had all current registration papers from the Ohio DMV were shown to police.
This was june 1999,he was never charged with a crime. The proscutor will not tell him where and what condition his motorcycle is in. Some think the cops are using for personal fun others think its in pieces.
Ok now any good ideas how to inspect seized evidence by the owner
thanks in advance

Criminal defense attorneys, through a process called discovery, can gain access to evidence seized by police. After the case ends, an attorney can file for a return of the property.
