suspected child abuse by ex with children during visitation

i am from utah i currently have custody of 2 of my three children and it has come to my attention while the children are with my ex he is commiting acts of child abuse and suspect he is abusing child in his custody need help and advise on how to best handle situation as he does have custody of one of our 3 children who do i report this to and how do i get help

You need to contact Children's Protective Services or whatever agency in your state handles child abuse. Also, who told you about the abuse? If it was the children, did you take them to the doctor so it could be documented? If the doctor feels the children have been abused I'm pretty sure their supposed to contact the proper authorities to have a case opened.
