I was pulled over the other night and was taken to the jail house to be tested for DUI
Well I started having chest pains so the police took me to the ER, so therefore they just had blood test done to see alcohol level well it turned out that I was not DUI ,Am I responsiable for the ER bill or is the CITY please let me know. Thanks..
