What is the name of your state?NC
My ex's driver's license was suspended by the state of Fl.
Big mistake on his part. While hiding his location in DE, he kept his Florida driver's license. Florida found that and suspended it 2 years ago.
He recently tried to update his DE license(must have kept FL license and also got a DE license)?
When he tried to update the license, he was only given a temporary license.
How can he get his Florida license unsuspended? The Florida license also expired August 2004.
He was in arrears about $54,000 in 2000 but was given a fresh start as far as arrears went.
In 2000 he was told that if he got behind again, additional sanctions would happen. In 2002 he stopped paying again for much of the year.
That is when CS took his driver's license.

So your asking how he can beat the Law ?

Nope, sorry ... He loses .

For someone that seems to give a lot of advice , you don't already know the answer ?

Okay-- I am not sure which debt. The debt of $10,000 between 2000-2004 or the entire debt of over $40,000 or does it sort of go away and he gets a fresh start because the case is moved to Florida.
He also can't go to Fl CS because their case is closed with me.
I think he has to go to the district court in Florida but I am not sure how he pays on a debt that was transferred to NC.

What does the statements specify about amounts owed, and where are they generated from ?

If the case from FL. was transfered, it don't " start over " , it continues .

He can't go license shopping from state to state for a license .

In todays world we have computer tracking .

The total amount today transferred to NC is $43,000. child support gave his a 2nd chance in 2000 so that he would not suffer sanctions such as losing his driver's license. He as to pay on time from 2000 --his current support + arrears to lose his priviledges. He did not pay over $10,000 from 2000--current. He is not currently paying now.
I am wondering how Florida will handle giving his license back because the support and arrears is past onto NC.
NC has repeatedly told me that they will not continue many of the stipulations in my modification order that was determined by Florida law.
NC says he has to be behind 90 days when they have my order properly.
They said that to enforce my case it needs to be transferred to DE.
I am hoping that it is a real hard thing for him to figure out as well.
He is given a car allowance from his company and when they find out that he does not have a current license --he may lose that $8,000 from his wages.
Perhaps having to be responsible for once will wake him up but I doubt it.

As I said previously, He loses .

Many States, I'm not sure of all the them , will suspend a drivers license .
It doesn't take only a couple of non payments for that to happen.

Unless he lies on an application from any State or uses false ID , he'll be hard pressed to get a license .

Actually, if he is getting a car allowance because his job requires him to travel and he needs good mobility, they may simply terminate his employment if he can't drive. I know my job absolutely requires four county mobility, and if I couldn't drive, they wouldn't just take my auto reimbursement away, they'd sack me.

i hope you are right. I would rather see him lose his $90,000 a year job and be in the same boat that he likes to put us in.
My kids suffer when he is being a jerk. They suffer when he is not paying.
Right now he is on a honeymoon and I am receiving no support.
THIS SUCKS
