What is the name of your state? PA

My Case:

*Caught driveing with suspended licenses (Did not know to pay 30$ fee to get licenses reinstated after paying an outstanding ticket). Following day, retrieved licenses from Penndot. Picked car backup from impound. Going to lose licenses for 1yr. *

Theres more to the cuase of getting pulled over but least of my problems. I'm 19yrs old with a monthly income of 2,500$. Easily can hire a cheap attorney if need be. I work and go to school, driveing is a must. Any suggestions on how I can fight this? Not the ticket, penndot in general. Is there anyway, I can get this expunged , lowered suspension from 1yr , ect? I'm probably asking the wrong group here but was worth a try.

driving on a suspended license

I am not a lawyer, but there is an option that you can keep your license. (I was in the same exact situation) What you do is you get a lawyer, it shouldn't cost more than $500. After all it's a pretty simple case. The lawyer speaks to the prosecutor and brings it down to a "no operator's license". (NOL) With that, no points go on your license and your license does not get suspended. The DUS charge still stands A misdemeanor ( I don't think anything can be done about that) but you keep your license. I hope that is some help to you.
