What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?
new jersey
I received a sweeper ticket for street cleaning.
There was snow behind my car, and thought that street cleening would be suspended.
I took a picture of the snow.
Do I have any chance to have the ticket revoked, if I object in Municipal Court ?
The Municipal Code Violation is cited on the ticket, and I thought I would see if the Code says anything about not giving tickets when there is snow ?

Thanks for comments.

Can you contest it? Certainly.

Do you have a snowball's chance in hell at winning? Nope.

At best, you might be able to get the fine knocked down a bit, but you were parked illegally due to your own misunderstanding. That's not a valid defense in any state, even NJ.
