We had a pool installed last year by a contractor. We paid extra for a clay base with a 5 year warranty. We have experienced a sink hole and now a hole in the liner. We have called the contractor - and although they confirm that there is a warranty - the "Forman" in charge won't call us back to set up an appointment to come out to investigate.
How long do we have to wait for them to act on the warranty?
If we fix the pool ourselves or hire another contractor - how do we get reimbursed?
