I am married but me and my wife do not see each other as we are in the starts of a divorce process. My wife is practising the swingers lifestyle with this guy she is seeing. Fine with me, none of my business. But my question is, is it illegal in my state and if for any reason she is in one of the clubs when it is raided (there are alot of swinger club crackdowns in this area) could any of it affect me since we are still married?
How should I handle this? I dont mind it but dont want to get in any troubles with the law.
