1) I live and work in the state of FLorida. Florida is a Right-to-Work state - you can be fired at anytime. I read somewhere that you cant be fired based on the "Right-to-Work" law if its NOT printed in the employee handbook for the company that you work for.
IS this true??????
2) Can Unemployment wages be disputed by a company that fires you for "poor performance?" don't they have to substantiate this claim???
