Ok, I usually don't buy into online email services, but maybe you could point me in the correct direction, because I am LOST! I recently had my automobile windows tinted by a local business in Oklahoma City, OK. After three attempts, it is still not correct, and now my rear window has two "cuts" in the glass from where they were cutting the tint prior to instalation. The manager had admitted to the error and offered to have the glass replaced by a local glass vendor at his cost or offer an in store credit of the same cost of $500.00. I have had 3 seperate estimates done on the replacement of the window also. One of those vendors was the same he referred me to, that he is using. However, me estimates range form $1000.00 to 1600.00 dollars. I however, don't want that glass company servicing my vehicle. He states that these are my only two options and that in two previous court cases of the same manner, he won. So here's my obvious question..... is he right? Since they are a knwon business & he if offering to pay, does it make it take it or leave it, or could I demand my choice of repair facility, or could he pay me that amount & I cover the rest at my choice? Thanks so much for your assistance!!
