Does the employer have the right to take frequent flier miles from the employee? I travel for work regularly, but also quite a bit for personal use and have credit cards that contribute to mileage as well. State = California

The employer can exercise their right of ownership for any frequent flyer milage accumulated from their paid travel.

I would suggest you either have two accounts or be prepared to have to justify your claims to personal ownership of mileage.
