I recently had the deck to our home (we rent) cause damage to our family van. The home owners paid for a new deck but would not pay for my deductable or the cost of a rental vehicle. My insurance company will not go after them because of the small amount of money. Question is - can I take this big insurance company to small claims court and if so who in the heck do I send the paperwork to?? Thanks in advance for your help!
