What is the name of your state? Colorado.

I have an Unemployment Appeal coming up, and I submitted fifty pages of exhibts against the corporation. They responded by submitting a typed, one paragraph, letter that was my Out of Office Reply when I quit.

Now, the paragraph is similar to my the Out of Office Reply I set up. BUT, there are mistakes in it AND it is not formatted as my Out of Office Reply.

SO, can this be considered tampered evidence?
If so, is there anything I can do about it?What is the name of your state?

ALSO, there is no header information in the "Out of Office Reply" that they submitted. SO, there is NO From information, saying that I sent the email, and there is NO Date and Time information.

Should I say it is not mine?

You say you quit. What was your reason for quitting? If you quit for other than a medical reason, don't count on recieving unemployment benefits in Colorado.

So their exhibit purports to be the message you set up to go back to anyone who contacted you (by email?) after you quit?

What did your message say?

How is their version substantially different from your original message?
