What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MI

Your help, information, and guidance would be appreciated. Two weeks ago I put in an offer on a forclosed home with a new agent I never worked with before. I also put forward my good faith money along with this offer and a preapproval letter. Unfortunately, the offer did not get accepted. I would have been the sole borrower on the mortgage.

Thereafter, my significant other viewed another home with the agent without my presence. My significant other liked the home and notified the agent that we may like to submit an offer. The agent ended up submitting an offer on the house without even speaking to me about the offer or whether I wanted to or not. She just simply whited out information on the old contract from the previously declined offer and inserted new information for the home recently shown to my significant other. I never signed a new contract nor did I consent to one being submitted. Well, needless to say the false offer was accepted by the sellers. Do I have grounds for legal action? I haven't even seen this house!!! She has tampered with old void documents and is falsifying my signature by simply faxing in the paperwork.
