Tax ID for a LLC

My partner and I have formed a LLC that has only 3 part time employees. When we filed, we did not ask for a Tax ID for the business, as we are not sure we do need one or not. Can someone enlighten us about this ?

We also want to buy a car under the company's name for business purposes. Will the dealership asks for a Tax ID ?

How have you been paying your employee's withholding taxes without a tax ID number?

Look for a website for the Nevada Secretary of State and that or some other source should be able to tell you everything you need to know about a tax ID, and you need to make sure that your LLC is registered with the state.

Yes, you CAN apply for the tax ID AFTER you have had employees for a while.

When you buy the vehicle, just provide the name of the LLC as the owner.
