Hi,
My husband is an maerican citizen working in USA . He got an offer to work in overseas (Dubai -united arab of emurate) for 3 years .
if he will work there does he still has to pay Taxes for the usa gov every year like all american citizens ? or his income there is Tax free as dubai is a tax free country ?

Yes, he will have to pay US taxes. He can, however, exclude up to $80,000 US of his wages from income tax.

He WILL have to file a return.
