What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

Hello, I have a question concerning a state tax lien (I hope this is the right forum)
If I have a California state tax lien and I own property in Pennsylvania, does the CA state tax lien affect my property in PA? Thanks

A: Not unless CA records the tax lien in the land deed records of the county where the PA property is. (I am assuming that you are using the general term "property" to mean "real estate".)
