G'day fellows. I have a question whether or not I should be paying tax.... I live in Germany and am declared jobless and I don't pay tax..... Now, I have a broker in the USA where I trade the Forex and Futures Market and have an offshore account where I transfer the gains to.... Although I have filled out the W8 BEN form and am subjected to U.S. taxes. Tho do I really have to pay any tax in my case? I mean I'd have to declare this with the German government right since I am living here and trading is the nature of my business? How does it all work? Do I also need to rectify this W8 BEN form in any way? Any help appreciated.
