hi. i live in illinois adn i was wondering about the tax refund and chapter 13. we filed last year and we owed the irs 800.00. we set up a payment plan through the bankruptcy courts and have made all pmts. so far. my question is, will we get the refund, or will the gov't take it even though pmts are current? thanks
