Let me make sure I am following along correctly. If I receive a tax refund it is possible the trustee may require me to turn it over to pay some creditors, right? What if I decide to pay medical bills (which I received after filing but prior to the 341 meeting) and debts I reaffirmed?

If the trustee tell you to turn over the refund and you refuse, he/she has the authority to dismiss your bk.
