Daughter is currently separated from her husband, court date is in October.

She needs copies of tax returns from 2012 and 2013. Soon to be ex will not give her copies.

Is he obligated to give her copies? If not, where can she get copies. She knows they were filed but has no information AGI, pin number, who was paid to fill them out and file, soon to be ex did not share any information with her.

Any help is appreciated.

If they were filed by 3RD Party, she should be able to request a copy of the returns...

She can get transcripts by calling the IRS at 1-800-829-1040. She doesn't need a pin number to do so.
