My ex got everything in the divorce,the house,the kids etc.I was divorce din Sept.2000 and she called me in Oct.2000 ,to tell me to come take care of the house and kids,that she was moving out.I filed emergency custody of everything and and have been granted temporary custody of all.Who can claim the house intrest on taxes and can claim the children on taxes.She pays no suppoert,and everything has been in my name ,she made no transfer of ownership in the home.What am I to do.I live in Georgia.THANKS
