I am an actor who has developed a new acting form and I am going to start teaching another actor how to perform it tomorrow. I believe it could have far reaching implications so I need to have the other actor agree in writing not to disclose this acting form or try to use it for himself without my permission. He has agreed to sign whatever I wish him to sign, but I don't know what would be most complete and legally enforceable.

I am reluctant to list on paper what constitutes the acting "Form" but I know that this is probably a necessity.

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to word this agreement and what should be included.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I am not acting but do not understand what this acting form is about. Is it a technique, method of training, a style, new moves like lambada dancing, gesturing and moving like a cartoon character ????

It is a new "Form"

The descriptive word "Form" is correct in that it is a series of "precepts" that must be acknowledged and accepted, a way of speaking of the work that leads to a different "experience" for the actors and the audience. So it is abstract in nature, but the way of phrasing the work and the acknowledgements have this effect. It also looks different on video and film and is not currently down by the entertainment industry.
