One guy started a new tech venture and asked me to join. He is tech savvy but does not have much business experience. On the other hand, I have many years of experience and a lot of contacts in this area. However, I do not want to join as an employee. Instead, I want some kind of partnership. Is this the best route to go? His business currently runs on a small scale. I am eying to help him to grow the business and eventually get acquired.
