Dating, yes. There is no law in any state preventing minors from dating - as long as certain boundaries aren't crossed.

Don't do anything that you wouldn't do with your grandmother/father. Hugs, holding hands, kiss on the cheek? That's fine - generally. Anything else? Not so much.

But yeah - "relations" does tend to indicate something beyond holding hands.

He probably has girls his age to "date."

Looking back, I realize my boyfriend who was 22 when I was 15 had girls his age he was dating.

I was just too dumb to know.

I was 15.
