My 16 year old daughter is pregnant and lives with her father and his wife in Massachusettes. I am responsible for her support and reside in Rhode Island. What are the Rhode Island and Massachusetts laws governing emancipation and teenage pregnancy whithin both states? Please help.

Since your daughter is a resident of MA, that State would have jurisdiction in this case, most likely.

Teenage pregnancy is not grounds for emancipation, thus ending child support.
