For over a year now we have received telephone solicitation from a telemarketing firm. We have asked to be put on their "do not call list" 3 times or more and have even registered with the state for no sales solicitation. The calls keep coming. After being told that we didn't have any proof of the calls, we have now taken 6 different days of caller id pictures for court proof.Does it sound like we have a case? Would you recommend small claims or regular court?

Thanks...

You have a case, now the issue is getting jurisdiction. Might you complain to your state's attorney general and save the hassle?
