Left an abusive (emotional, physical, sexual & psychological) relationship of 8 years on 8/31/2001. Never married. The ex-boyfriend (a/k/a Jerko) and I have a son who will be 2 in November. We lived in Virginia until 8/31. I then moved to New Hampshire to start over and stay with a girlfriend till I got on my feet. Didn't get restraining order or temp custody order b4 I left Virginia. Got temp restraining order in NH on 10/1 (after I found out he was invading my privacy by contacting creditors and obtaining new address and phone information from them and harassing friends who assisted me in leaving - he obtained phone numbers from my cell phone records). Had hearing in NH on protective order 10/26. Judge granted for 1 year. Informed Jerko he was mentally unstable and would not enforce his temp custody order he got from Virginia on our son. I couldn't file for temp custody in NH b/c not resident for 6 months yet. Jerko filed a show cause summons against me which will be heard at custody hearing on 11/28.
1) Is it possible to get temp custody order that Jerko obtained dismissed due to his name on the order being incorrect?
2) Is it possible to have jurisdiction in Virginia declined and transferred to New Hampshire, and, if so, how?
3) Is it possible to bring criminal charges against Jerko for obtaining information on me under false pretenses and against the cellular service provider for putting me and my kids in danger by giving this man our information after numerous phone calls to them and their assurances to me that my account was flagged and noted not to provide any info to this man or anyone calling in claiming to be me without password?

P.S. Have tried to obtain an attorney but unable to locate anyone who will work with me on retainer. I depleted savings during move and just don't have $2000 to $4000 I can get my hands on for retainer so I'm having to defend this on my own. GAL has been appointed in this matter too.
